Adele is a small mixed breed girl with short legs and a silky fluffy coat. Adele has been with us at the shelter since 2022. This pretty girl has been going through a slow process of gaining more confidence in the outside world, and she could really use a human companion who can take it slow with her and help her reduce her anxieties about meeting new people and enjoying walks. We know that Adele has so much potential to be a loving companion, but she just needs someone to help her come out of her shell and feel more comfortable!
Here's what one of our volunteers had to say about Adele:
"Adele is a 2-year-old, small-size mixed who has been at the shelter for a year. Unlike Adele the singer, Adele the pup is a little bit shy and timid. She is wary of people but loves being around other dogs, such as her kennel mates Sam and Rocket. That said, after spending 30 minutes with her, Adele did eventually allowed me to get closer to her (maybe to within a 30cm radius). So I bet that with a little more time, she will be willing to open up."
Adele is available and looking for a patient forever family who can give her space, time, and of course, love. We don’t know what happened to her in the past, but we want her to move past her scary past and be happy. She may do well with a furfriend who can help her find her confidence! If you would like to adopt Adele and help her turn over a new happy leaf, please send us an adoption application and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process.

  • Bahavior with cat or children

Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.

  • Cost of the adoption

YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

  • Vaccinations and spaying

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
