Allow us to introduce Ash, an energetic and charming young male mixed breed. Ash arrived at our shelter in early August 2021 as a tiny and helpless pup. His story is quite remarkable! At just two months old, he found himself alone without a mother or family. One fateful day, while clumsily navigating with his oversized paws, he tumbled into a nearby waterway. Helpless and soaking wet, Ash cried out for help. Fortunately, someone heard his plea and swiftly rescued him from the fast-moving water!

Despite his challenging beginnings, Ash has blossomed into the most adorable, happy-go-lucky boy during his time at the shelter. Although we initially believed he had some Labrador heritage, as he grew, his ears stood up, and his fur became fluffy, resembling that of a white German Shepherd. His delightful and goofy personality adds to his charm, and he is truly a people-loving bundle of energy.

Here's what one of our dedicated volunteers had to say about Ash: "Ash is fond of people and gets along well with other dogs. In the beginning, he was a bit hesitant to leave his kennel, so I carried him in my arms to the outside. Once we reached the pathway, he quickly adjusted to the leash and enjoyed walking alongside me. He behaved excellently on the leash, keeping pace with me. Ash eagerly devoured snacks and showed curiosity towards grass, insects, and other things along the way. Despite the short time I spent with him, he formed a strong attachment to me and displayed affection. It was truly difficult to return him to the shelter... Ash has a gentle and friendly nature, making him suitable for families with children and other dogs. He would make the perfect family companion with an abundance of love!"

Ash is now in search of a forever family who can complete his rescue mission by providing him with a warm and loving home to always return to. If you are interested in adopting Ash, please submit your application, and we will gladly assist you in beginning the adoption process.
