Autumn
Autumn
Everypawdy, meet Autumn!
This golden girl is an approximately 16kg Jindo mixed breed who came to our shelter in July 2021. She was estimated to have been born in 2019, she was found wandering the streets before being brought to the shelter. Autumn is a very independent girl, but she has a very sweet and soft side that she'll show to people she knows and trusts.
Autumn is an absolute sweetheart. While it takes a bit to warm up to others, but once she does, she's more than happy to show off her tricks and warm personality. She is a great walker and enjoys her time out and about sightseeing when volunteers come. She also greatly enjoys playing with her roommate, Elliot, when she gets the chance. Here's what some of our volunteers had to say about Autumn:
"Meet Autumn! Autumn is really matching the beautiful fall colours we are having now. She’s a beautiful golden colour with gorgeous markings. Autumn was a great walker. She was super happy to be out and about. She didn’t focus too much on me at the beginning of the walk, but by the end of it, she was coming up to say hello and get scratches. Autumn is an independent girl, she doesn’t need too much interaction, but she enjoys it when she gets it. She also really enjoyed treats, and she was able to demonstrate her tricks when presented with one. Autumn has a roommate, Elliott, that she gets along with really well. She also wasn’t too concerned with the other dogs on our walk, mostly just focused on all the smells that were around us. Autumn would make a wonderful addition to anyone’s home!""Autumn is one of my fav 5 at the shelter, a dog that I go out of my way to see every weekend. Autumn doesn't have the cutest appearance, but she has these long eyelashes that make her extra special. She doesn't have the cuddliest personality. But she makes up for it by fully devoting and dedicating herself to you once she has accepted you as part of her pack. She appears brave on the outside. Yet, deep down, she can sometimes feel intimidated by all the changes around her. Autumn gets along fine with Elliot, her kennelmate; nevertheless, she is not the most outgoing dog and may not become best friends with every dog. She is not the perfect dog by everyone's standard; she is just perfect in her own way. Autumn was born in 2019 and has been with us since 2021."
Autumn is waiting for a family to call her own that will let her continue to be her independent self, but show her all the love a family has to offer. If you are interested in adding Autumn to your family, send a message to the shelter's email or social media page to get the adoption process started.Share

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.
-
Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
