Chen
Chen
Chen is a really unique looking dog who is possibly a Jinsky (Jindo Husky mix!). He arrived at the shelter in 2022. Chen has a slender build and bright golden eyes like a summer sunset. Don’t let Chen’s majestic appearance fool you though - he is the goofiest of the goofy, and with his silly energetic personality he could lighten the mood of any room he enters. He is still quite young, so it makes sense that his puppylike enthusiasm shows whenever he comes out for playtime! Chen likes toys, treats, and playing. He is constantly on the move with his happy lanky legs! Chen promises that in exchange for giving him lots of daily exercise, he will bring you big smiles every day of your life!
Here’s what one of our volunteers had to say about Chen:
“Chen is full of energy. He can run circles around anyone and any dog. On top of that, he really does like running around in circles. He is so playful and loves cuddling and jumping into the water. Chen is so energetic that sometimes he forgets the snacks right in front of him. Chen is such a fun dog and will brighten up anyone's life.”
Chen is looking for a forever home where he can show off his beautiful face to the world while he’s out on lots of exciting walks and adventures! If you’re interested in adopting Chen, send us an adoption application and we will get you started on the adoption process!

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
