Dumpling is a male jindo mixed breed who arrived at our shelter in February 2021. He was found with his sister Chris, and we suspect they came from a dog meat farm. Despite his challenging upbringing, Dumpling is incredibly enthusiastic about life and the great outdoors. He thoroughly enjoys his walks and is overjoyed to receive attention from humans. Dumpling is gentle, sweet, and particularly loves treats and cuddles! This wonderful boy deserves a loving forever home where he can receive training, love, and endless opportunities to have a great time.

Here's what one of our volunteers had to say:
"A big puppy, but still a puppy. Dumpling is a new addition to the shelter as he was recently rescued from a farm that breeds dogs for consumption. Despite growing up in such a harsh environment, he hasn't lost his curiosity for the world. Dumpling has the energy and curiosity of a puppy. He loves to explore, sniff, and investigate every little rock, bush, and sound. He might make an excellent guard dog or tracking dog. Plus, he's super cute."

If you are interested in adopting this adorable cutie, please contact us via email or submit an adoption application form. We'll be more than happy to assist you in starting the adoption process. You can also reach out to us for more information on other ways to get involved, such as fostering or volunteering. We look forward to hearing from you and finding Dumpling his perfect forever home!

  • Bahavior with cat or children

Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.

  • Cost of the adoption

YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

  • Vaccinations and spaying

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
