Gihoon is a cute, male jindo mixed boy born in 2022, who is one of the Squid Game Siblings! Gihoon is the only brother and is the shyest sibling out of his litter. He is very cute with his giant ears and teddy bear eyes, but he still needs a lot of time to warm up to people. Gihoon does really well with his siblings and loves to chase his sisters around and can even play with the other puppies during playtime in the Puppy Corner. However, he isn’t as focused on the hoomans who are in the Puppy Corner as other more sociable puppies are. But Gihoon leans on us whenever there is something scary or new he encounters, so we know for sure he can learn to come out of his shell. Gihoon is starting to learn how to walk on leash with his other siblings now that he is older. He was very wary so we sat with him to get him comfortable with the idea of the leash and being outside.

Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.
Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
