Jackson
Jackson
Everypawdy, meet Jackson!
Jackson is estimated to be born in 2020. He is a 17kg male mixed breed who arrived at our shelter the day after Valentine’s Day in 2021. He was found on the streets all by himself as a young, happy fellow, and was called in for rescue. Jackson is such a handsome boy! He has a signature rusty colored chest, which makes him look amazing in the sun! Jackson is gentle and intelligently bright! He absolutely loves people and the outdoor world. Completely filled with life and love for everyone and everything around him, Jackson’s energetic positivity radiates to all of us!
Here’s what one of our volunteers had to say about Jackson:
“He is awesome. I was given no name, so I called him Jackson.
He must be quite young because he likes to play around a bit when you pet him. Very friendly. Seems quite healthy. He didn't pull too much and was just so happy to be outside. He is fine with water, as you can see as well. I wanted to take him home. Someone should!”
Jackson is looking for an awesome forever family who can give him unconditional love and adventures for the rest of his life! If you would love to adopt this ball of sunshine, Jackson, please email us, and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process~

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
