Jet
Jet
Jet is a male black mixed breed with a white chest and white socks who was admitted to the shelter in 2020. Jet is adorable with his black spotted white paws and half down ears. He came to the shelter as the cutest pupperino ever! And since then, he has grown up to be a handsome wholesome boy who just wants all the pets and all the love! Jet gets along well with his doggy roommates and loves to walk with them and with our volunteers. Well more like run! He lives up to his name and loves to get all that energy out while he has the chance! Jet is full of life and optimism and is ready to meet a forever family who is the same way!
Here's what one of our volunteers had to say about Jet:
"Hi everyone this is Jet. He is a gentle calm dog. Jet is happy and confident in his kennel so I was a bit surprised to see that he was a bit nervous to be in the unknown. He flinched to sudden loud noises or loud bikers but he still enjoyed his walk very much. He likes treats and is very gentle when taking it from my hands. He absolutely loves his kennel friend Luna! When we walked past them, he would stop and wait or dart backwards towards her. He's really happy to be around her and becomes more calm and confident, so Jet would definitely do well with another dog to bring him out of his shell. Jet likes people a lot. During our walk, he would constantly turn to look at me and I praised him for being a brave and brilliant walker. He loves being petted too. Jet is looking for a loving forever family."
A happy excited boy like Jet should be living a life full of exercise and zoomies, not stuck in a shelter kennel without any regular walks. Jet is looking for a forever family who is adventurous and free-spirited like he is! If you would like to adopt Jet, please send us an adoption application and we’ll get back to you and help you bring home a best friend.

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
