Let's meet Jurie, a male mixed breed (maybe a mix of Jindo and Pyrenees) who came to our sister place, Yongin Pound, in 2020. Jurie is on a list because sometimes he's not so comfortable with other dogs. Other than this, he's really a nice guy who enjoys walks and loves getting some love and attention from our helpers! All Jurie wants is some cuddles and love from us! And seriously, who can resist his cute smile with spots and those floppy, bouncy ears?!

Once he gets his initial burst of energy out, he walks well on his leash even though he's quite energetic and excited to be outside! Jurie is also a fan of treats and he'll even do some tricks for the ones he really likes!

Here's what some of our helpers said about Jurie:
"I had a great time walking with him, and I felt his sweet happiness on the day we spent together. He's going to bring so much joy to that special person who will save his life."
"Jurie has the most beautiful tail and he's such a happy, smiling dog. He's lively and cheerful on walks! He prefers walks more than snacks. He's fond of humans and he has the most adorable eyes and a spotted nose. It's really sad that this wonderful dog is mostly tied up at the shelter."

Jurie needs a forever home where he can be the only dog in the family, getting all the love, attention, and playtime he deserves. If you're thinking of adopting Jurie, please send us an adoption application or an email. We're here to help you start the adoption journey.

  • Bahavior with cat or children

Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.

  • Cost of the adoption

YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

  • Vaccinations and spaying

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
