Mega is a mixed breed dog around 17kg. Mega came to the shelter in August 2019 so she has now been at the shelter for too long! Mega is a super mix, meaning we believe she is a mix of many different breeds but unfortunately for her, it means she is undesirable as a family member here in Korea and abroad. We on the other hand think Mega is the cutest little floof, and she is such a friendly girl who has been happily walked by many of our volunteers! Let's see what they had to say about her.

“We had the pleasure of walking MEGA! This dog is mega cute, mega friendly, mega everything! If you watch the video, you’ll see that she was very gentle when given treats, she enjoyed splashing a bit in the river, and she was just overall a very sweet and cuddly dog. Mega will be a GREAT companion! This good girl just needs someone to give her a chance”

“This is Mega! When she first got let out, she was so excited that she couldn’t stop jumping for joy. But once we started walking, Mega was mega well-behaved. She walked well on the leash and got along great with her walking mate, Mark. She never barked and seemed unbothered by other dogs and people, even when they barked or approached her. She is receptive to being led and doesn’t pull too hard on her leash. She is very treat-motivated and will happily sit for a little snack. She’s cuddly and sweet, loves being petted, and seems receptive to training. She would make a great addition to any home.”

“This incredibly good girl is Mega. I have walked with her once before, and her calm, happy demeanor hasn’t changed one bit! She’s super friendly and loves attention. Let’s find Mega a home!“

Mega is a MEGA friendly girl who gets on well with her doggo roommates, but she is a bit sensitive to smaller doggies. She would be the perfect new family member and we believe she would do well in a home with children over 12 and no other animals. So if you are looking for one very friendly gentle princess then Mega is your girl! If you would like to adopt Mega, please send us an adoption application and we’ll help get started on the adoption process!

  • Cost of the adoption

YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

  • Vaccinations and spaying

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
