Estimated to have been born in 2018, Olaf (named after the snowman from Frozen) is a 15kg male jindo who was admitted to our shelter in 2019. Sweet Olaf is a giant cutie with a small pink button nose! He does this funny thing where he sticks his nose out from the kennel while he relaxes. Olaf is also very kind to his roommate, Rabbit. He is a bit nervous and reactive around strange dogs and people, but Olaf recognizes our volunteers and staff and loves it when we go to say hi to him! He opens up really quickly and is a sweet boy who just enjoys life and is looking for the perfect forever family who he can love.
Here’s what one of our volunteers had to say about Olaf:
“Do you want to build a snowman? Or in this case raise one. Olaf from H11 will melt your heart. He loves being petted. He's wary of other dogs, but he listened to my directions very well. Just like Olaf from Frozen he is a loyal protector. He's in love with the water. All he wanted to do was lay in the river. With a wonderful guardian, I know this boy will be quick to train.”
Olaf is looking for his forever family who has experience helping reactive dogs and can play and build snowmen with him! If you would like to adopt Olaf, our friendly local snowman, please send us a DM and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process.
