Reba is a 18kg female merle mixed breed who is one of our longest staying dogs at the shelter. She was found with a chain around her neck and came to our shelter in December 2017! Reba has been at our shelter much too long and deserves a home where she can be loved and feels safe! Reba is a beautiful female mix with an amazing personality. She is so calm and walks well on a leash. Our volunteers never have any trouble with her although she is shy and sometimes just would rather sit and take in the view. She loves to be with her best friend and kennel mate is Rocco. Rocco and Reba have been together ever since 2017! She is so chill and loves all kinds of affections. Reba is looking for her furever home and would be a perfect fit for really any family.
This is what some of our volunteers had to say about Reba:
"Reba is a beautiful dog. Check out her wonderful lightly colored, brindle coat. She's very calm and enjoyed the company of her friend Rocco, but never got overly excited. She likes to cuddle up and seems like a loyal lady who would make a great pet for a first-time owner. Let's help find this gorgeous girl a good home!"
“Reba is a shy girl. She wasn’t interested in walking, but I was able to get close to her to take some pictures and get some petting in. She showed some trust in me, but it was fleeting. Reba has a very gentle spirit, and I believe she will eventually be able to overcome her fears. She just needs to see more kindness from humans, something I suspect she hasn’t seen enough of in her life so far!”
If you would like to adopt Reba, please send us an adoption application and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process.

Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.

  • Cost of the adoption

YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
