Scooby, one of our long-term residents, is a male mixed breed who is considered one of our older tenants - but you'd never guess that he was a senior dog after spending time with him! He exudes vitality and curiosity, and he becomes the happiest boy when he gets to go for walks and meet people. What makes his friendliness and optimism even more amazing is that he is mostly blind, but that doesn't stop him from confidently exploring the world around him and seeking affection from all the human friends he encounters!

Despite his high energy and blindness, Scooby is a sharp-witted boy who quickly develops a bond with his walking volunteer. He follows their lead well and responds to commands. And if you happen to have Scooby snacks with you, this boy will give you his heart forever!

Our darling Scooby truly deserves a forever home where he can spend the rest of his life receiving cuddles and going for walks with humans who will reciprocate the endless love he has to offer. If you are interested in adopting Scooby, please send us an adoption application, and we'll assist you in getting started with the adoption process!

  • Bahavior with cat or children

Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.

  • Cost of the adoption

YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

  • Vaccinations and spaying

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
