Scott
Scott
Scott is a 30kg floofy male mixed breed who was admitted into our shelter in March 2021. He was found with a red collar and was super scared of what was going on. We’re not sure what happened to Scott that led him to the shelter, but since his admittance, Scott has been slowly opening up and showing his quirky side! Scott is a true wholesome fluffball who loves his walkies and going outside. He loves to play with his roommate in the playpen where he can spend his time running around and sniffing all corners! No corners go missed according to Scott’s nose!
Here's what one of our volunteers had to say about Scott:
"Scott, our large and lovable companion, is seeking a new home. What a pretty brown coat this boy has! He tends to maintain a moderate energy level, but can become tired after engaging in short bursts of activity. During our walk together, he demonstrated excellent behavior and was easy to manage. Unlike some dogs, Scott doesn't demand treats while walking; instead, he takes pleasure in exploring scents carried by the wind. He has a keen interest in sniffing his dear friend Mochi, perhaps a bit excessively. The strong bond between them is evident as Mochi patiently awaits Scott's company. At the age of five, Scott would be an ideal match for someone seeking a more independent canine companion."
Scott is a big boy who just wants to be someone’s giant teddy bear! He is now looking for a forever family who he can feel comfortable and safe with for the rest of his life. He deserves an amazing life filled with happiness and endless adventures! If you would like to adopt Scott, please send us an adoption application and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process.

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
