Thor
Thor
Hey everyone, say hello to Thor, one of our newer shelter buddies! Thor is a big German Shepherd boy, weighing 35 kg, and he joined us just a few weeks back after being found wandering the streets all alone. Thor is truly a gentle giant! Despite his large size, he's really calm and walks at a slow, relaxed pace, following along nicely with his walker. Even though he's a bit shy, he's all about getting pets and attention from our helpers! He's like an old soul in a young dog's body, and his gentle and mellow nature surprises everyone who meets him.
Also, even though he used to be unsure about going for walks, he's making great progress. After just a few weeks, he's started wagging his tail when our helpers come near, and he's now excited to come out and meet us! It's incredible how much he's improved in such a short time.
This big teddy bear would fit well in most homes, as he's easy to walk and prefers lounging around, enjoying cuddles and soaking up the sun rather than going on super-fast adventures. Thor deserves a wonderful home where he can relax and have a comfy and safe space for the rest of his days. If you're interested in making Thor a part of your family and giving him all the love in the world, just send us an email or an adoption application, and we can tell you more about the adoption process!

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
