Twix
Twix
Meet Twix! Twix is a medium sized male mixed breed who was admitted to our shelter in 2020. Twix was actually placed on the euthanasia list at Yongin City Pound for two terms. This sweet boy has done nothing wrong and is just shy so we had him removed off the list and moved to one of our affiliated boarding centers where he is learning to be more social since he has grown up at the shelter.
Twix is a cute dog with such bright eyes, and a bright future once he finds his forever home. Twix used to be very scared of people touching him, but we’ve seen that he can definitely warm up to someone who he gets to know and trust on a daily basis. He is totally fine with the boarding center staff picking him up and interacting with him, and seems much more confident when he is in familiar, consistent spaces. He is very energetic, and loves to run! Having a backyard would be very beneficial for Twix, and would help him to feel more comfortable. He does love to play, and is good with other dogs. Having another doggy friend might help him to build his confidence. However, the most important thing for his potential forever home is that he can be given the time and space that he needs to build trust and open up at his own pace. Twix has been scared of humans for so long, but shows that he really wants to be loved! We are so excited for the day that Twix finally gets his second chance at the warm loving home he so truly needs.
If you would like to adopt Twix and give him the chance to finally become the confident happy boy that we know he is deep down inside, please send us a message and we will get you started on the adoption process!

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
